Hey! I’mDanielle.
I am a PhD student (🤓), group fitness instructor, and brain loving speech-language pathologist ( & mama!) with over 15 years of experience. I am wildly passionate about teaching adults about self-regulation and executive function skills. I believe that teaching these facets through the language of problem solving, and giving kids a chance to practice those skills, builds resilient, kind, and courageous kids.
