Episode 16: How to Shift Back to Action When You Are Feeling Stuck


 

It's been a little bit since I've shared a podcast- I am so excited to be back with you! Listen in as I share strategies for getting unstuck and shifting to action. 

The last several months have presented ample opportunities to feel overwhelmed and stuck- and practice getting unstuck.

1) Analyze why you may be stuck (in the case of the pandemic, that is an obvious one!)

2) Reground yourself in your core values and analyze your WHY
