Episode 7: Calling Our True Leaders

Currently I am recording from a world that is engrossed in social distancing, home schooling, and unemployment crises. Our medical professionals are on the front lines (for which I am so grateful for) and our world is being supported not only be medical professionals but also those who are keeping us running on the daily: grocery stores, mail delivery professionals, gas stations. Now, more than ever, we need leaders. We need true leaders, not bosses, to lead us through these tough times.

I have been thinking about this so much over the last week; the importance of our leaders in times of pandemics and crises. When NO ONE knows the answer; we tend to look to our leaders to facilitate open dialogue and create space to honor feelings and also work for the best of its people and the organization. In this episode I discuss practical ways leaders can do this.
