Episode 6: Complex Issues of Leadership in Our Field

The fields of therapy and education are rich now in opportunity and also struggle, complex issues mark the fields and equate to high levels of burnout and decreases in people staying in the field. Where terms such as productivity and common core permeate the ground and professionals are the ones left in the aftermath figuring it out, these aren’t easy issues. There are no easy answers. 

In this episode, I share some perspectives on what I have observed to be the top 5 challenges and some functional recommendations I have had given to me or that I wish I could go back and give a supervisor.
